Posing well or badly can make or break your placing!
After so many months of prep, dieting and training this is your icing on the cake. It can be the difference between walking away with a trophy or not!
Posing well helps you to stand out
in the line up immediately.
Your posing needs to be automatic once you walk on stage and perfectly executed in order to ensure your physique stands out in your line up. I recommend a minimum of five regular posing sessions in order to be familiar with the posing for your class and to understand the symmetry quarter turns and your compulsory poses (I will advise you if your class requires those). Being able to execute posing correctly takes many repetitions and needs to be well ingrained in the muscle memory once on stage as nerves can sometimes take over.
One on one posing coaching is the ultimate way to ensure your posing stands out from your line up on your big day.

How posing differs between classes
Posing Packages Available
If you are competing in a figure class that does not require a posing routine (INBA Figure, ICN Figure, IFBB Figure) then you can purchase either the basic One-on-One weekday or saturday packages.

If you are competing in a figure class that requires a 60 second individual routine (NABBA-Wff, NABBA NZ, IFBB Physique, INBA Physique) then the best package to purchase is the Stage Ready Package (weekday or saturdays).

Cannot get to Auckland?
One to one posing is the most successful way to learn and polish your posing however online posing is the next best option if you cannot get to auckland to see me.
Many girls start with video tutorials, then combine one to one and online posing within their posing packages and this works great!
