Pump Up Plan
The “pump up” is a plan of specific exercises that utilizes the carbs and fats that you have recently eaten over the 24 hours before stage so that you look full and ripped onstage. Usually the Peak Week Nutrition will leave your muscles a bit deflated as you lean up tight! (Use either my “Leaner, Drier” or my “Fuller” Nutritional plans to help you with this.) So now its time to fill up & PUMP UP! My 24 hr Pump Up Plan is a plan of specific exercises that will teach you how to do that from the morning of the day before your show right up until stage time! You will need some light resistance bands with handles which can be bought from most department and basic fitness stores.
