This video is an example of all the figure posing strung together as it will be in judging in the same order that all poses will be called. This video shows Side Chest and Side Tricep from BOTH sides. Remember that you may be asked to choose your preferred side for these two poses, in which case you can do exactly that! In this video you can see how all poses are strung together and you can play this video and listen to it while posing along with me. I am mirror imaging you so you can copy directly from your video. You can see that I am showing examples of relaxed poses after each pose. These relaxed poses are slightly more advanced than the ones in this Novice figure course and are available to learn in the Advanced Figure Online posing Course.
