This 80 minute program trains all fibres of the pectorals: upper, lower and middle fibres of pec major and minor. No area of your chest is left untouched and you will feel like you’ve been pummelled the next day!
For best results train my Pec Pumper program every 4-5 days.
You will receive a written format of the program with my top tips for good exercise execution and also a weights tracker program so you can keep track and progress your weights every week to maximise strength and muscle gains.
