JOHANNA’S LEG SEPARATOR PROGRAM

In bodybuilding “Separation” means that the individual muscles within a muscle group can be clearly seen. Gaining separation in the muscles of the legs is one of the most desired aspects of the bodybuilder and is not easy to acquire. This 70 minute program uses specific exercises and techniques to encourage the development of all the visible muscle groups of the quads, hamstrings and glutes.

For best results train my Leg Seperator program every 5-6 days.

You will receive a written format of the program with my top tips for good exercise execution and also a weights tracker program so you can keep track and progress your weights every week to maximise strength and muscle gains.

N.B. contains lunging and deadlifting. Take care with exercise technique if you have lower back or knee issues. If you have a question or concerns, please contact me.
