JOHANNA’S BOULDER SHOULDER PROGRAM
Build full, round delts to cap off your physique, giving it a more aesthetic appeal. Well-developed shoulders help the waist to appear smaller and are the indicating look of a bodybuilder.
This program will take you around 60 minutes to complete and leaves you with a mega delt pump. Be prepared for some good muscle soreness the next day!
