This program is not for the faint hearted! It is a 100 minute program to fast track bootie gains and best trained following a good size meal! I initially designed this program to use up excess calories eaten at Christmas time, hence why it is a hefty duration and contains an element of cardio also!
For best results train my Bootie Buster program every 4-5 days.
You will receive a written format of the program with my top tips for good exercise execution and also a weights tracker program so you can keep track and progress your weights every week to maximise strength and muscle gains.
