JOHANNA’S ARM SPLITTER PROGRAM
Impressive arms always turn heads and the arms require specific training in order to maximise gains.
This 60 minute superset program alternates bicep and tricep supersets and hits multiple functions and muscle fibres of the bi’s and tri’s for a mega pump from the second set in to three days later!
For best results train my Arm Splitter program every 3-4 days.
You will receive a written format of the program with my top tips for good exercise execution and also a weights tracker program so you can keep track and progress your weights every week to maximise strength and muscle gains.
