Week 10: Turbo phase – This phase is to sharpen your physique and fast track your metabolism. Includes training program and nutritional plan. The training program will utilise calories during training and keep your metabolism firing. Includes: Turbo charge diet plan, and Turbo charge training programs.

Week 5: Get Ripped – This phase is designed using specific supplementation and my infamous ‘get ripped’ nutritional plan with calories reduced to assist in fat reduction. The training program will give you that great pump while still burning maximum calories. Includes: Fat reducing ripped training program and Metabolism ripped diet plan.
