The training program will utilise calories during training and keep your metabolism firing. Includes: Turbo charge diet plan, and Turbo charge training programs.

Week 5: Get Ripped – This Get Ripped package is designed using specific supplementation and my infamous ‘get ripped’ nutritional plan with calories reduced to assist in fat reduction. The training program will give you that great pump while still burning maximum calories. Includes: Fat reducing ripped training program and Metabolism ripped diet plan.

Leaner: Leaner nutrition plan with a Tayla training program: If you would like to look a lot leaner than you are and have less fluid retention in your abs, triceps, legs and glutes then my Leaner, Drier nutrition plans are the ones for you! The Tayla Bikini Fit Fitness model program is a program which keeps your body moving with supersets!  The program is designed to increase lean muscle and to accelerate calorie burning both during your weight session and after your session. This program includes a 5 week plan to show you which muscle groups to train on which days there is also cardio.

Fuller: Fuller nutrition plan with a Tayla training program: choose the fuller plans are if you are naturally long limbed or a tiny build and you want fuller, rounder muscle on stage.
