This bundle included 3 phases from my 15 comp prep guide.

Start your competition prep in the knowledge you have everything you need to stand on stage confident.

Each phase is designed specificially for the weeks leading up to your bodybuilding compeition.
Including all your muscle building training and meal plans, through to your fat reducing training programs and metabolism diet plans.

INCLUDES:

  • Week 15-10 – Base Building
  • Week 10-5 – Turbo Charge
  • Week 5-1 – Get Ripped
  • 5 session Posing Package for only $400 (usually $525)

NOTE: Peak Week Phase is not included in this bundle and will need to be purchased separately. When you are 2 weeks out from your comp, talk to me about which Peak Week program would best suit your competition physique.

Your peak week phase is the icing on your physique cake! Peak Week has two different programs: “Fuller” or “Drier” , watch my video on the 15 Week guide page to find out which Peak Week is best for you.
