FBBC 8 week challenge

NEXT CHALLENGE DATE TO BE CONFIRMED

This is a fun 8 week challenge. It’s a TIDY ME UP  for any female who is needing some accountability, something to “train for” a motive to eat clean and an incentive to take part in a pioneering all female event which brings her out of lockdown and BACK with empowerment!!!

Use this to tidy up your body to prepare it as a stepping stone for a competition or simply to just FEEL BETTER and have a focus!

Even if you haven’t done much training or stuck to a nutrition plan over the lockdown period DONT WORRY! START NOW! 

You have 8 weeks!

This challenge has some criteria similar to a bodybuilding event but it is all online and you are posing in your favourite gym gear! 

 

The look is GYM MODEL! A woman who loves to train! A woman who is empowered by her fitness and her self worth. 

This is an event designed for women who have been/are training for competition OR women who LOVE the gym and want a purpose for their training….  Jump into the category which “sounds like you!” and where you think you could fit at the end of the 8 weeks!

HOW IT WORKS:

The process:

  • Register & pay
  • Submit your "before" photos
  • Week 1 - 4 = Begin your transformation
  • Week 4 = Confirm your category
    and submit week 4 progress photos
  • Weeks 4-7 = Refine your shape & submit weekly Vlogs
  • Week 8 = Submit your final posing video

  • Bikini Model
  • Fitness Model
  • Diamond Model
  • Curvylicious Model
  • Muscle Model

Attire: Gym leggings and crop top.

Bikini Model Expand

This class is for you if you have a toned body and some sex appeal. If you compete in or are ‘training to compete” in (or maybe you just love the look of) bikini or Shape class then this is the category for you! We want to see your muscle tone and shape, not big muscles, just toned and appealing. Show us your toned shoulders and arms, shapely figure and firm bootie! A hint of abs is great and shows us that you have “worked” for your legs! This is not a Bodybuilding Bikini Comp, but DO give us the best condition you can in 8 weeks!

Fitness Model Expand

This category is for you if you are buff without being overly muscular. If you compete or are ‘training to compete” (or maybe you just love the look of) in fitness or sports model, then this category is for you! Maybe you're a sporty gal? Show us your obvious athleticism! We want to see your fit, toned, lean body. Show us that you “epitomise” the fitness model look. Show us your buff shoulders and arms, your fit abs and glutes and firm legs! This is not a Bodybuilding Fitness Model Comp, but DO give us the best condition you can in 8 weeks!

Diamond Model Expand

This category is for you if you are in your diamond years 45+ but that aint stopping you! you live to train and you are proud to show it! You have a great body for your age and you are proud to own some good shoulders, strong arms and back, you work your legs and glutes hard and they look good. You believe that you are only as old as you feel and you feel fabulous! We want to see your self worth and your fit, fabulous shape! This is not a Bodybuilding Comp, but DO give us the best condition you can in 8 weeks!

Curvy-licious Model + Expand

Here is your category if you fit into your own lane!

You love your strength and feel empowered when you train. You could be a size 12-18 or maybe you're post partum, you like to train every day and training rocks your world even if it is not so obvious to others!

This category is for women who love lifting, you train hard, but are not the “model” look.  You have your own goals and are on a journey. We want to see your curves. We love your look because even though you may not “look it” to others, we know we will be able to see your curvaceous lats and quads, your bootylicious glutes, your awesome arms and strong shoulders because we know “what to look for”!!!

 

Muscle Model Expand

This class is for you if you have quite a bit of muscle. If you compete in or are ‘training to compete” in figure or physique or powerlifting or you simply have some serious female muscle, and have some “gains” to show then this category is for you! We want to see your MURVES (Muscle Curves) . We want to see feminine muscle but are not really looking for ripped and shredded. This class is ideal if you are competing later but are not ready to totally cut yet as we are not looking for a ripped condition!

We want to see your wide lats, your round delts, your buff arms, your squatalicious glutes, your shapely, strong legs and abs! This is not a Bodybuilding or Figure Comp, but DO give us the best condition you can in 8 weeks!

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

WEEK 1: 'BEFORE' PHOTOS:

Submit your 'before' photos wearing your favourite black gym leggings and crop top.

Category submission photos must follow the FBBC guidelines (provided with your ENTRY FORM upon payment). Guidelines will outline how many photos are required and from what angle etc. Photos with filters will not be accepted.

WEEK 4: CATEGORY PHOTOS:

You have FOUR weeks to refine your physique and choose a category!

Email Jan your chosen Category and Week 4 photos.

Category submission photos must follow the FBBC guidelines (provided with your ENTRY FORM upon payment). Guidelines will outline how many photos are required and from what angle etc. Photos with filters will not be accepted.

FINAL WEEK:

You have one week to get your videos to us!

Instructions on how to submit your final video will be provided with your ENTRY FORM upon payment.

Judging:

We will be looking at all videos submitted for each category and judging each entry against the criteria we have listed for each category. 

Judging will commence on July 31st via a live zoom feed and you all may tune in! This will be a private link sent to each competitor to view along with her supporters in her house if she chooses. Please do not share the link to your social media pages or send it to people who do not have the best interests of the competitors at heart. You will join via your own zoom profile not someone else's. This way we can monitor “who” is watching. 

If this aspect is not respected you will be disqualified from the competition. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

100% refund if cancelling prior to start date,

50% refund if cancelling within first 4 weeks,

no refund between weeks 4-8.
