Deciding to do a bodybuilding competition can be daunting enough, without having all the added stress of scheduling the right programs and plans for the right stages of your preparation.

Week 15-10

Base Building:

This bundle does NOT include your Peak Week phase. This needs to be purchased separately. During your posing sessions, I will advise you on which Peak Week phase is best to achieve your ideal competition physique.

Explanation of the 4 phases

Week 15 - Base Building Phase Expand

Accelerate your muscle gains with enough calories to support this without surplus fat gain. The training program is specifically designed to optimise this nutritional plan and specifically uses exercises to fast track your muscle gains.

Week 10: Turbo Phase Expand

This phase is to sharpen your physique and fast track your metabolism. Includes training program and nutritional plan. The training program will utilise calories during training and keep your metabolism firing.

Week 5: Get Ripped Phase Expand

This phase is designed using specific supplementation and my infamous 'get ripped' nutritional plan with calories reduced to assist in fat reduction. The training program will give you that great pump while still burning maximum calories.

Week 1: Peak Week Phase Expand

This phase is your final and 'make or break' week. Your body will transform dramatically in these final days, giving you the optimal condition to walk on stage. Two packages are available (Leaner or Fuller) depending on your individual needs.

How it works:

  • Choose your 'Phase' or phases from the menu above.
  • Add to cart.
  • Once you have completed payment PLEASE click "return to merchant".
  • On the "order received" page, you will see the pink download buttons to download your PDF.
