Beginner phase

Are you looking to start your gym journey and need some structure and guidance?

I have designed these programs and nutrition plans  especially for ladies who have little to no gym experience and want to learn how to shape their physique in a safe and correct way. These programs not only provide a weekly schedule to target each muscle group, it will also teach you good technique and how to get the most out of each gym session.

Once you have 12+ months experience in the gym and  like the idea of training for a competition and are excited to learn more, check out the Novice phase in the bodybuilding journey.

This is well structured beginner training nutrition. It is designed to fuel your sessions and feed your muscle while speeding up your metabolism for fat loss. This diet gives sufficient calories as well as providing well balanced nutritional requirements and gives you options to customise.
