Knowing where to start in your bodybuilding / bikini competitor journey is often a confusing one. You don't know what information is correct, you are unsure what federation or class would suit your body shape - you don't need to worry anymore.
I have grouped my programs, nutrition, posing and routines, into stages that best describe where you are in your journey.

Beginner Plans
Have you made a start at the gym and loving it? Perhaps you have only been going a few months but you are hooked! You are a beginner if you are just starting to learn the ropes of training your muscle and are beginning to understand the various equipment at the gym and how to use it. You are new to lifting technique. You like the idea of training for a competition but are not sure what it means.

Novice Plans
You are Novice if you have been using the gym for around 12 months (or perhaps on and off for periods at various stages of your life). You are really into it now and are gaining great momentum and consistency. You know your way around the gym pretty well and know what training exercises are called (mostly) and pretty good at executing them. You are on a roll and You like the idea of training for a competition and are excited to learn more. Maybe you have started some comp prep but have not quite completed the goal.
