The plans and programmes are customised to ICN criteria so you too can present your very best condition on the ICompete Natural New Zealand Stage.
THREE steps to finding the perfect ICN Prep bundle:
STEP 1: Which Class do you plan to enter? Read the class criteria below each photo to understand what the judges are looking for.
STEP 2: Read my 'conditioning' explanations to choose where your condition needs to be for your chosen class.
STEP 3: Find your ICN bundle for your class and choose the right 'conditioning' drop down option.
1. Find a class below you plan to enter.
Which Class do you plan to enter? Read the class criteria below each photo to understand what the judges are looking for.
Open to all female competitors. Judging is based on the best costume & overall presentation.
A feminine, toned, shapely body with a softer look than Ms Fitness Model. Skin tone, poise and stage presence are important.
Models wear a one-piece swimsuit and heels. Judged on a toned, lean physique and overall presentation.
Peformed on stage in an evening gown of your choice. Judged on overall appeareance, confidence, stage walk, presentations, elegance, beauty and skin tone. Stage walk and group half turns.
The highest degree of muscular development and conditioning with a focus on small waist and overall balance between muscle groups. Separation, vascularity and definition are expected.
Far more muscle development than Ms Sport/Fitness Model. A feminine shape and appearance with muscle separation and a higher degree of leanness.
A fit, toned athletic, feminine body is required in this category. Not necessarily over muscular or too lean. Ideally displaying a six-pack abdominals with great stage presence and presentation.
A more athletic and leaner look than Ms Bikini Model. Emphasis on a balanced muscular body displaying a six-pack abdominals with great stage presence and presentation.
2. Find the conditioning level you wish to achieve
Eg: if you have long limbs and want more muscle fullness then choose the “fuller” plans for your class. If your class requires you to show a lean, tight Physique with abs and you still have some body fat to lose then choose the “Get Ripped or Leaner” plans for your class.
NOTE: Remember what one you choose, as these are sub categories inside your ICN Prep bundles below.
3. Choose the ICN category you plan to enter:
Inside each 'Bundle' page - you can read about the conditioning options available and decide which option you like the sound of!
- Find your class you have chosen to enter.
- Click on the “Select options” button below it to view that page.
- Read all the options available (conditioning)
- Use the “Choose Option” drop down button and click on the option title which matches.
- Click on the pink “add to cart” button. In your cart will be your bundle of your class criteria customised nutriton plan and training program!
