Experience next level, supportive coaching and conditioning from a coach and an athlete who has achieved at an exceptional level, understands the needs of the bodybuilding athlete and has a reputation for being “the best”.
In order for me to work with you one-to-one, you MUST have had lifting experience in the gym, for a minimum of 6 months using regular programming. If you are a total beginner, you are advised to first work with a PT or gym instructor first in order to understand the fundamentals of weight training before commencing bodybuilding programming.
Once you have completed minimum 6 months with a PT, book a "First Step" $25 chat and we can discuss you progressing onto my bodybuilding and/or competition training.
