Athlete Package Nutrition
When you are preparing for competition your nutrition needs to be finely tuned and personally tailored. With the Athlete package you will work with a highly qualified nutritionist who can bring you into your show not only in the best condition possible but also the safest way possible. Therefore I refer you to a nutritionist who I believe is the best in the business and caters for both online nutrition and face to face nutrition. You will receive their contact details at the initial consultation.

Your initial 60 minute consultation is to establish goals and set a competition class and date. Together we will start the outline to your competition timeline.

DETAILS OF INCLUSIONS:
A five week training schedule is included so that each and every day of the five weeks you know which muscle group you are training, whether you are doing cardio or not and which days are your rest days.
You will be added to my closed facebook Group where you will have access to many of my coaching tips and tricks and can connect with myself and my team of athletes who are going through exactly what you are in preparation for competition. In this group you can ask me any questions in relation to your preparation.
Following an initial consultation to establish goals and set a competition class and date, you receive a brand new, updated, personalized training program every 5 weeks. Each program is different to the last to keep your body guessing and muscle gains to a maximum. Using my tried and tested strength and muscle gain methods you will gain muscle quickly and naturally, achieve lower levels of body fat and overall can completely transform your shape.
We will arrange a meeting time in my office so I can assess your progress and talk you through your new program. This way I can take you step by step through each program and ensure you are tracking right on schedule for your comp by having plenty of communication with each other throughout each 5 week phase. This way I can support and guide you every step of your journey until your big show day!
N.B, some weight training experience is required and a knowledge of at least the basic, fundamental exercises. This type of coaching suits individuals who are well familiar with the gym or have competed before.
