Physical Edge Personal Trainer Jo is now preparing for her next competition the NABBA Auckland Champs on May 21st 2011 after an incredible competition year in 2010 when she successfully competed in six Bodybuilding and Figure contests with five first place wins (including two Overall Figure Champion titles and one Australasian Novice Figure title). After winning first place at the NZ NABBA Nationals in the Novice Figure Short class Jo has now lost her Novice status and is preparing to compete in the Open Figure Class this year.

Jo also has three clients competing in the 2011 NABBA Auckland Champs including Auckland and Manukau Senior figure Champion and National Bronze Medal winner Justeen Jones, Manakau 2nd Place winner and National Bronze Medal Novice Physique winner Diane Pakai and also Alison Emmerson who is making her comeback to the competition stage in the ladies physique class after 20 years when she placed 3rd at the IFBB Nationals back in 1989.
